Great value for money with a spacious and well-appointed apartment. The central location made it easy for us to explore all the museums and attractions on foot. The staff at Residence Du Louvre went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
More breakfast choices would have been nice, but overall, it was a minor inconvenience compared to the amazing experience we had at this hotel.

Location in the center of the city. A kitchen available. While staying in this hotel, you can visit pompidou centre, just 1 mile away...

The location is perfect. The apartment was very good for 5 people.
There could have been some more dishes. The televisions and the Wifi didn't work.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The manager, Shabib, was excellent - welcoming, attentive, informative. We were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of champagne and chocolate strawberries on arrival, as our kids had arranged this surprise for our 40th wedding anniversary. The hotel is located in a quiet and safe area, close to the Louvre and Les Halles metro station. It is just a short walk to the Seine and the left bank, as well as the train station to Versailles Palace. There is a supermarket nearby and plenty of great brasseries in the surrounding streets.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

I love my stay at Résidence Pelican. I was with my friend and her daughter (3). And the Urban suit was very good for us : kitchen, lounge and the bedroom was very big to play with the little girl. And the situation of Residence is wonderful : 5 mn from the Louvre, 5 mn to do shopping, 5 mn from 2 gardens for children. And Frederic was very very nice with us. I'm sure I will be back !!

Great location, 2 mins from Hotel du Louvre. Fully independent apartment with kitchenette, bathroom and tub, comfy beds. Small Franprix supermarket nearby, Japanese restaurants, cafes, and bistros. Traditional windows, wooden beam ceiling, modern Ikea kitchen, hexagon floor tiles, international cable TV, and normal-sized shampoo bottles give a real Parisian feel.

Location is terrific. Apartment is furnished with dishwasher and washer which we did not use.
No elevator and be prepared to purchase your own supplies such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc.

Fred was always there to help. Location was excellent. Amentities are what we expected.
Wished it was more clear about which room/suite/apartment was avaiable for the designated dates. I know there were more rooms and I think each is a bit different.

Amazing location and a great apartment. Stayed in the penthouse and had lots of room. Plus Fred is amazing and super helpful - he let us store or bags as our room wasnt ready and then took our bags up to the 5th floor for us. He also ordered us cabs that evening to take us out for dinner. Cannot recommend Residence Pelican highly enough!

very centrally located, two blocks from the Louvre; very spacious (easily slept two adults and two teenagers). A good value when compared to having to rent two hotel rooms to accommodate a larger party.
Hard to find entrance off an alley; no way to get in when we first arrived(had to knock and luckily the manager answered); cigarette smoke coming from other rooms; didn't know ahead of time it was a 6-floor spiral staircase to the room; many little things in the room were broken (TV, handle on washer/dryer, fold-out bed).

Our room was big and the location was outstanding. The steps are steep, and there is no elevator, so good for exercise. Kitchenette was useful.
The bathroom was nice but shower drained slowly. Also, some fixtures (like the bathroom sink faucet) were a little loose or didn't work quite well. Didn't have any soap or shampoo. Bed was not that comfy, but for a two-minute walk from the Louvre and with enough space for a family of five, I can't complain for only 160 euros.

The room was unexpectedly large, and had a full kitchen. The entry was a bit disconcerting but after going into the room we were pleasantly surprised at how new everything was.
The steps were very narrow - not a good hotel for anyone older or unable to walk many steps.

The location is excellent only five minutes stroll to the Louvre. Ignore the entrance as it is in a side street and doesn't look great but the appartment itself is lovely and Frederick is extremely helpful.
The only issue I had was the street itself and the front of the building were not great.

Great location, studio apartment that caters for 4 but they were very helpful to accomodate a family of 5.
Can be noisy at night, narrow stairs (no lift) could be awkward with prams for younger children.
